So... here I go. I am starting to put my photographs up on the internet... hoping someone will discover me so I will make a million and my ex won't have to pay alimony for too long! (I am just telling it like it is!)
I have a blog where I honed my (amateur) writing skills for a while. That was fun. I also tried an art blog where I posted my artistic abilities. Now it is time to get down to business and try to produce works that will... well, make me that millionaire. (Someone forgot to tell my ex that most artists are called 'starving' for a reason!)
I am not thrilled with my camera- Canon Rebel XT- but it is all I have for now. I am taking hundreds of pictures a day trying to learn the settings. I learn by doing but I have a memory problem so that is a very slow process.
This site is to post some of the photographs that I think are good or OK. I feel the photo above is my best so far. Feeling like a puffed-up peacock I am.
I would love any comments on my work. My style may not be yours. If you are feeling charitable or sympathy at least, buy a print at some ridiculous price, for my sake. I am just kidding! I have a warped sense of humor. Life has warped me. Honestly, at this point I am barely able to have something printed in a large format even if you wanted one.
